1. Digital Products No Refunds
Due to the instant, downloadable nature of our digital products (eBooks, guides, journals), all sales are final once the download link has been accessed.
We cannot offer refunds for digital products after download, as they cannot be “returned.”
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
– Technical issues that prevent you from accessing or downloading your purchase (we will work with you to resolve the issue first)
– Duplicate purchases (accidental double charge)
– Product not delivered within 24 hours of purchase
